Amy L. Grat, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Grat is a globally focused non-profit professional with over 15 years of experience raising revenue and effectively managing key stakeholder relationships. Her expertise includes marketing and business development, program design and delivery, and client relationship management--with a particular focus on international contexts. Ms. Grat graduated with an MBA from USC, Marshall School of Business.
Bonnie Bair, Chief Operating Officer
Graduated with an MBA from UCLA. Served as Vice President of Marketing for Securities Pacific Bank. Came to ITEP with over 20 years experience in building small learning communities.
David Park, Program Manager
David earned his MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business and has extensive experience in serving elementary schools in
Hawaii and managing educational tutoring centers throughout Los
Ageles. Mr. Park also has teaching experience abroad in both Japan and
Korea. Mr. Park’s experience includes marketing, strategic planning,
community organization/building, grant writing for federal and private
funds, and integration of new media for marketing and strategic
purposes.
Harlene Stanley, Program Manager
Harlene’s background includes extensive classroom and administrative experience in public education. Her most recent assignment was for Pasadena Unified School District, where she served as the Teacher Coordinator for the Career Technical Education programs in five high schools and worked with the seven district partnership academies. Harlene holds a Career Technical Teaching Credential in Information Technology, and has been working on her Masters in Educational Administration.
Susie Emami, Program Manager
Susie graduated from UCLA, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She has extensive experience consulting businesses and helping organizations in strategic and operational planning, achieving yearly growth objectives. Susie graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business in 2007, where she received her M.B.A. and specialized in marketing and entrepreneurship.
Laura Monteros, Executive Assistant
Is a native Californian who has worked as an administrative assistant/secretary for ten years. She has also worked as a journalist and continues to write stories. She has been involved in volunteer work since her teens and plays in a community orchestra.
